Experienced Store Manager Wanted

At Pretzel Mania, we believe great stores are built by strong leaders, positive teams, and a commitment to quality every day. We are currently looking for an experienced Store Manager to help lead our team, drive store performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • As Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operation of the store across sales, people, standards, and performance. This role is ideal for someone with proven retail or food service management experience who can motivate teams, maintain high standards, and help grow the business with confidence and consistency.
  • Manage store performance, including sales, labour, food cost and operating costs
  • Support store growth through team training, promotions and customer service improvement
  • Lead, coach and develop team members across daily operations
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, safety and service
  • Monitor staff performance, retention and training progress
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager / Franchisee on store goals and action plans
  • We are looking for someone who brings previous management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident making decisions, building team morale, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in store operations. A business qualification is not essential, but it will be highly regarded.
